Farmigea’s Code of Ethics defines the set of ethical principles, duties, and responsibilities assumed towards all stakeholders who collaborate with Farmigea to achieve corporate goals.
By adopting the Code of Ethics, Farmigea ensures that the behavior of recipients is always guided by criteria of fairness, collaboration, loyalty, transparency, and mutual respect, and avoids conduct that is unsuitable in any way.
The Code of Ethics establishes the general conduct principles that all employees must adhere to in performing their work activities. These principles must be characterized by maximum transparency and compliance with applicable laws and regulations in the relevant jurisdictions, as well as being consistent with the guidelines defined by Farmigea.
